Helping others helps me, because I feel I am really contributing. I feel that I am giving what I have, which is very important to me. I got out of the hospital recently, and they suggested physical therapy for my Post Polio Syndrome. Having had the therapy for several weeks now I feel stronger, and in a better place give what I have got. Please take good care of yourselves both physically and emotionally, and try to improve the quality of a least one persons life everyday!
